Kayley James
Director and Registered Occupational Therapist
I am a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist who finds fulfilment in empowering families and children to reach aspirations and achieve milestones.
Throughout my career, I have experienced great satisfaction in supporting children to write their name for the first time, to ride a bike without training wheels, to tie shoelaces, form friendships, develop confidence and emotional regulation skills. I have experienced many wonderful moments - seeing aspirations becoming achievements.
I endeavour to build strong therapeutic relationships, as I believe they are pivotal to the therapy journey and achieving successful outcomes. I work closely with families, teachers, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic support for my clients.
To provide the best care possible, I engage in ongoing professional development and actively connect with other Occupational Therapists to exchange insights.
On the weekends I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, going to the gym or on hikes
